If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to WETHRIVV® LLC, 3805 OLD EASTON ROAD, SUITE 305, DOYLESTOWN, PA 18902.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to MASKĀD, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

All orders from You are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process We incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, We are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If You cancel Your order BEFORE it has been shipped, You will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

You cannot cancel Your order AFTER it has been processed and the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY or RETURN TO SENDER will be treated as a return.

Conditions for Returns

We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out. As we always want to make our customers happy, please reach out to should You have any questions or concerns.

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged

Returning Goods

For MASKĀD® Subscription returns and refunds, please adhere to our return and refund policy as listed above. Ensure you receive future messages by adding, and to your address book. For additional assistance, contact us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at to request your RMA # so that you may return the product.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We require an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returned goods will be assessed a $5 restocking fee.



By subscribing to our services you confirm that you accept the Terms, that your membership will auto-renew automatically based on the order you selected and your payment option will be charged the applicable fee (incl. applicable shipping & handling) until you cancel. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee – after notifying you, of course.

You may cancel an ongoing subscription up to 3 days prior shipment at which time your will be sent a reminder. We cannot guarantee cancellation if a cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to shipment.

Subscriptions must be canceled via the self-service portal if you have any issues with logging into your account, promptly call customer service at 877-676-8875 (during customer service phone hours between 9 am – 3 pm CT or send an email to and include your order number, name and date of purchase.

If You are unhappy with the product you received as part of Your subscription, You may follow the Returning Goods process above.
